My apprenticeship involves using my initiative every day to keep the store organised and to get the hands on learning experience with qualified agents. This could be shadowing, helping a college phone a 3rd party agencies and learning new systems while following Tui's polices. There is also online learning to complete, this will be tasks set for you to expand your knowledge every week. This will teach you Tui's values and show you in depth view of destinations which you can use to build your confidence when speaking with customers.

As organised as you make it. The apprenticeship is well structured with dead lines for work and as long as you are discussing with your manger everyday/week what work you have and how much time this will take you. You can also schedule days to do you apprenticeship work. When learning in store if you use you own initiative to think about what you still need to learn and want to learn, then discuss this with you manger they will normally be happy with this or give you a better task to start with.

I get as much support as I need. Any time I ask for support they are ready to give a solution or where to find it to gain more independence.

My provider sets me work so that I can work toward my qualification, normally with a link on where to find sources. If you need anymore support you can message them at any time to receive either the source for the answer or a better explanation so you can understand and complete your work.

I believe my apprentice work and in-store learning gos hand and hand, because everything that is learned doing your apprentice work will build my confidence and you can use the information you have learned with customer and vice versa. You can use the experience you have had in your work for your online learning.
