My role involves guiding users through the process of getting set up on our workbench platform. On a day-to-day basis, I facilitate onboarding sessions, provide troubleshooting support, and ensure smooth user transitions. I collaborate with the development team to gather feedback, resolve issues, and contribute to improving the user experience. My role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Overall, it's a dynamic role that combines technical support with customer service.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my apprenticeship programme! It offers a great mix of learning and hands-on experience. I appreciate the opportunity to work on real projects, like the onboarding process for the workbench, which gives me a sense of purpose and accomplishment. The supportive team environment and the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals have also made the experience enjoyable. I’m constantly learning new things, and the variety of tasks keeps me engaged and motivated. Overall, it's been a rewarding and fulfilling experience so far.

Yes, there are many opportunities to take part in give back. There are many volunteering opportunities including speeking to students about apprenticeships and making things to give to the homeless. There are also lots of communities to take part in and blogs to post on. Give back is a large part of the IBM culture.
