Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
Assist with all related disclosure elements in the corporate tax computations including transfer pricing, interest restriction, loss review, CFC
review and capital allowances;
Work with the RDEC advisors and assist with the claim;
Be responsible for the preparation and review of the Group’s UK subsidiary statutory accounts using OneSource software and assist with any
audit queries;
Assist with the preparation of the UK tax figures for the consolidated and statutory accounts;
Support the Tax Function in managing the Tax strategy for the group, including assisting with SAO reporting;
Respond to ad-hoc queries on UK corporate tax matters;
Provide corporate tax training to finance and accounting staff;
Assist in responding to queries from HMRC;
Liaise with external advisors;
Maintain the Group structure for the worldwide group;
Complete several Office of National Statistics Surveys.
