Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Daily duties of my role are firstly screening calls so first stage interviews to check if candidates are eligible for apprenticeship funding. secondly is data checks making sure all the data is correct and up to date so all our reports are accurate. I create job adverts for all new vacancies we receive. i interact with candidates who are applying for our vacancies and the hiring managers of the vacancies as well. My responsibilities are mainly to fill the vacancies by a set deadline.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I think at the moment it has been excellent it has taught me exactly what i need to improve my work and to understand why we recruit in a certain way and how to compare the way we do it to other companies as well and what works well and what doesn't work as well.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have developed a range of skills during my apprenticeship and work, the main one is how to recruit better and more efficient so I can fill the vacancies given to me on time. i have learned about excel skills making pivots and getting data from it as well. Learned how to communicate better over the phone, in person and even presentations as well so it has helped a lot with confidence.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Its structured perfectly it is easy to understand and taught with clear communication and support available at all times. My trainer and my line manager are great supports to my apprenticeship they make sure i get every single bit of information and that i understand the actual assignment as well.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
The support i get from my employer is amazing my line manager always checks up on how my sessions went or how i am getting on with the assignments. My line manager also lets me have enough time to complete assignments and to discuss it as well with herself if i am confused of stuck on anything or just want that extra information.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
The support from the training provider is amazing. They always make sure they are free for a chat if i am stuck on any task and if they are away they give two more people who can support whilst my main trainer is away so you have that constant communication and support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Its perfect for my role as i help in the recruiting process so it gives me a better understanding of how to be more efficient in recruiting and how to communicate in different ways to candidates or hiring managers and how you can get them roles filled with amazing candidates and ensure the whole process is ran smoothly so every element works well and everyone is happy.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There is always professional networking events happening within my team if its awards or celebrations or any business based meetings happens a lot over the year and always gives me a chance to meet more people inside my company. It gives me a chance to grow my knowledge on everything inside the company i work for and to develop information and help me in my role.
