Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

In my current role my day to day job is help the planning and management off all of our projects this will typically be Monday to Friday, then on the weekends i am out on site getting hands on engineering experience
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy every day off the program but the highlight is defiantly the early careers events that i get invited too

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Developed a sound understanding off many engineering principles and i am still learning, i have also been given the opportunities to become a first aider as well as countless other courses that have developed my skills.

The program is very well organized and if i ever have any questions i always know exactly who to contact
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have all the support i need, weather that's my managers or co-workers and fellow apprentices from other areas off Balfour Beatty
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My employer ensures i am given the allotted time to focus on my studies, this is usually 20% off my work week however if i am ever behind or struggling i am free to take a little more time.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Balfour Beatty's early career program hosts a multitude off professional networking events where you get to meet plenty off new people in similar roles to you, the best aspect off this program is the two week long residentials into the lake district
