Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes recently i have learnt the CVR process and gained more experience with change on projects. Also i have a weekly meeting with my line manager designated to development.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised. EC staff are very supportive and werlcoming. The events and meetings are very informative and well organised.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Northumbria University can be very helpful. The course is online so can sometimes be hard to interact or get feedback.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

yes the training at northumbria has helped thouroughly in my role. i can learn the theory at university and apply it in my role. ifi do not understand anything i will quiry with my line manager.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

i have attended various social events after meetings which i have found very useful for my development especially when senior members of the team are there.

Because its such a vast business with so many opportunities and interesting projects/roles. They also treat employees very well.

know the job/role you are applying for and ask as many questions as you can. theres no such thing as a stupid question.
