i am an apprentice travel advisor at TUI. I work 4 days a week, one day is classed as a 'study day' where i am completely off the counter and i get the chance to focus on my apprenticeship work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy coming in every single day, every day brings new opportunity.

yes, i have learnt alot more about the IT side of my role, i have also gained confidence when talking to customers

How well organised/structured is your programme?

the tui apprentice programme is very well structured, with monthly calls with my apprentice coach, i feel confident that i now what i am doing each week

my empolyer and colleagues are always happy to help me with any questions i have, and i am always going on different training days

knowing that i have a qualification to work towards helps me to stay motivated everyday, in the hopes i can achieve a distinction

i am always going on different days outside of work, with other tui colleagues from across the region, tui also offer 'educationals' which are trips employees can go on to learn more about certain destinations
