Project Managing. Ensuring work moves forward as per implementation plan to ensure milestones are achieved and new products get delivered into sites efficiently.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Been hard work and sometimes not very well organised but i have enjoyed the programme.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, learnt tools and techniques to make me an effective project manager. Also developed my understanding of my leadership skills and conflict and negotiating skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It didnt seem to be well organised at all. The tutored varied in effectiveness and scoring of assessments were inconsistent and extremely subjective.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Received an incredible amount of support from Employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Had varied amount of support depending on which tutor we had each year. Some years had lots of supports other semesters rarely had contact.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
