Apprentice plant fitter. Carrying out maintenance and servicing on machinery that maintains the railway.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

A lot. My colleagues i work with are brillaint, helpful and very accommodating which has helped my enjoy and progress in my apprenticeship.

Yes, plenty. I didnt know how to use a spanner before i started.

Varied. A lot from my colleagues. Not as much from my line manager.

Not much as the training is basic compared to the work we carry out at work.

Yes, but never arranged followed through. An example would be a football event which never happened for us apprentices.
