Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Every day is different, but a standard day is usually going to morning production meetings to understand what is going on and issues of the day, then working on projects across all technical functions (QA, Compliance and Process) as well as attending other meetings to gain an insight into how the business operates and how all departments work together as a team
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I find that my programme is highly enjoyable due to the dynamic nature of the industry and that I am trusted to own my own projects and encouraged to pursue all opportunities available to me.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
I have developed many skills such as communication, critical thinking and time management during my apprenticeship. I have also been able to complete many courses designed to boost my skillset and grow my knowledge in all areas, including IT and management.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is well structured with scheduled time for study each week and study blocks at university being regular. This is aided and supported by my line manager who has regular check ups with me to ensure I am progressing as expected and that my workload is challenging but not overwhelming.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
There are many tools at my disposal for support whether that be my line manager who I have regular catch-up meeting with or whether that be corporate HR services that give me a portal to access wellbeing support should I need. My employer always gives me enough time to complete my university course and is committed to my future development.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I have regular in person block learning modules and distanced learning is supported via video recordings of lectures and regular calls to ensure that I am managing with assignments and that I understand the content being taught.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I believe that my degree will give me a deep rooted skill-set highly applicable to my industry that will help me to perform best in my role and also will open more doors for me and allow me to progress quicker to higher levels.
