Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves working as a team to create new batches of material which we test in various different ways with different lab equipment to find it's qualities and if it is suitable for use.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme a lot, sue to a mixture of the team based environment and the varied tasks that we do each day.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new tests in my time here and I also feel that I have developed my confidence while working away.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is fairly well organised, some of the online resources are quite confusing although that is no fault of the training provider, the website that we use is quite convoluted.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I can receive a lot of support if I need it and I always know who to ask if I do need support, there is always at least one mentor on site and plenty of experienced people who I can ask if I need any support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have an online mentor who is always available if we need support, however we have not been in contact with them much at this stage in the apprenticeship.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification that I am doing relates closely to my role and helps with the practical side of it quite a lot.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
