I have study days where i focus on my learning and my apprenticeship programme and then my day to day on the job is booking holidays,taking payments and customer service.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

i enjoy my programme thoroughly as i find it very interesting however i feel as though we could either be given more resources or be told how we are to obtain our information.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes i have learnt a variety of different skills such as how to use the systems such as hybris and C4C and a huge amount on the destinations of the world and what we offer

How well organised/structured is your programme?

well organised and structured however i feel as though there could be more resources or information surrounding resources for the tests and information we need to gather.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a great amount of support from my employer and my apprenticeship coach, i can arrange a call with my coach anytime i am stuck and she is always there to help and assist me
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a lot of support from my training provider as i mentioned i can call my coach or message monday-friday and get a reply quick which is very helpful
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

it helps me as it allows me to gain knowledge more in depth to allow me to better myself in my job as i can have a better understanding of the destinations we offer and the laws and legal procedures behind our work
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes there is we do socials when we get a chance and have face to face apprentice days and training days which allows us to meet others from all over the region.

easier booking in store, things can be fully explained to you and you can be given advice when booking and we offer a variety of holiday extras such as currency and car parking.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TUI UK & Ireland?
Enjoy yourself, the work may seem confusing at first but you will be surrounded by a support network like no other
