My role includes a mixture of tasks from processing journals to refreshing/ updating reports. I have daily interactions with a mixture of different departments in order to complete my role.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am thoroughly enjoying my current programme as I enjoy learning new things and I have enjoyed making new connections with other apprentices within my company and gaining new connections.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

A key new skill I have learnt is how to use excel in a more complex way to present and analyse data more efficiently. I have also developed my general communication skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

There is a clear structure throughout my programme showing what it is that I am going to be a apart of and partaking in. However, it also allows for room so I can feedback on what knowledge I am wanting to gain.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employer and never feel as though I am not able to ask a question.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I received a lot of support from my training provider towards my training provider. They have a lot of online resources readily available and there is an online chat function which ensures that there is always a tutor available to ask any questions regarding the qualification.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I would say that the qualification I am gaining from my training provider helps me to perform better in my role as it gives me a better understanding to the tasks which I am doing.
