My role is a multi skilled engineer that specialises in mechanical and electrical engineering, day-to-day basis is to fault find and fix and problems that arise. Do regular maintenance checks and log them.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I’m really enjoying it so far, being hands on and getting to learn the process of how things mechanically work, learning about all the components within the machines.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Since I started this course, I have learnt a lot and gained experience with hand tools and engineering machines such as a lathe, milling and welding.

The structure behind this course has been good, I have received a lot of information about it and what the course had planned for the next three years. Any issues have been solved in a quick response manner.
