On a normal day, I will complete Business unit newsletters, write articles for all employees and plan and execute content for All Hands Calls. I will attended events and widen my network within the business.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the new opportunities it brings and the new things I've learnt which are skills that I can take with me along my whole career.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

In this apprenticeship, i have developed my communications skills along with organization and time management. I have deadlines to publish newsletters and have learnt how to balance this with all my other responsibilities in a week.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

There is a clear timetable and dates of workshops or events put into my diary ahead of time. There are also progress reviews every 2 months with my line manager and my tutor so we are all on the same page about my course.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have a lot of support from my line manager and even my team as a whole and i feel comfortable speaking to them when i have a problem.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor is always open to questions and she has also put in a drop in session every Wednesday just incase we have any questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me gain a better understanding of the theory behind my practical work and also helps me produce work to the best of my ability.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

we have a whole community at our canary wharf office where there are always opportunities to get involved such as exercise after work or celebrating different cultures.
