The new skills learnt are setting out with equipment such as GPS as well as Total stations and levelling equipment such as the automatic Level. I have also learnt a lot of new construction knowledge and general engineering knowledge which has significantly grown for the past year or so.

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It gives me essential construction and engineering knowledge that can always be applied in the work place as well as applying the theory that you are learning in the qualification training.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
I am apart of early careers where we go to social events and and residentials to increase social networking across the country. It is also beneficial as there are sessions used to be able to lead ourselves, our team as well as working well as part of the team. We are able to learn essential skills.
