Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day-to-day basis I cover simple administrative tasks, whilst assisting the engineering team with things they like me to do. I try to get out on site as much as I can and shadow the civil engineer which helps me gain experience.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do enjoy my apprenticeship programme. Working with the team and the many networking opportunities plus the early careers network within the company allows you to meet others who are your age and following the same process - this helps make it more enjoyable.
