Supporting management role to deliver a project into Operations (BaU). This involves line management of staff and undertaking delivery manager duties including, leading workstreams, reporting / governance and stakeholder management
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the learning on the programme - it is all-consuming which has affected my work/life balance and at times mental health stability

Academic skills such as report writing, research and improving presentation skills.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is well-structured, the teaching standard lacks consistency and the online interface/portal does cause some user issues, such as accessing the material and finding the learning documents
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has been fantastic. I am given the time to undertake studies and I am given the needed support / opportunities to use what I am learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support is generally good (apart from a recent issue that arose). Tutors and learning mentors have provided much needed support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps me understand the theory behind the activity I carry out in my role and sometimes signposts towards different ways of addressing problems.
