Quality assurance,work with stakeholders to develop and improve customer journey holistically,manage team leading governance changes for quality business area,assure and update publishing documents for quality instructions to department intranet.manage a team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It has been an interesting experience with highs and lows. The content has been varied and informative and the people supporting have been invaluable with their assistance

Yes, learnt many new strategies for leadership, management and communication and developed existing skills

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very, a few issues at the beginning with changing tutors and sessions but these were quickly resolved and consistency in support and people have made it a valued experience.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My manager has been fantastic, positive, a sounding board when struggling, motivational when life became difficult owing to personal situation changes, encouraging, I could not have carried on without him on my side.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I have has a few trainers which made it difficult to approach them when things became hard however this settled and I have had my current trainer for several months. He has alongside my manager been my biggest supporter when I have wanted to give up.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has helped me manage several difficult situations by enabling me to adopt different approaches to resolving problems and identify also self awareness that situations are not always in my gift to resolve but this is not failing as long as you learn from it.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Professional networking, mentors, social events and sports activities, welbeing groups, financial groups, there are not many things that you cannot become involved in.
