My role as a Senior Project Manager at Balfour Beatty has a dual focus. Firstly, I reinforce governance at the back end of the Gated Business Lifecycle (GBL). The GBL framework is designed to ensure successful project delivery. Secondly, I drive continuous business improvement by analysing various project data converging at the handover to identify process friction and deviations experienced by project teams during delivery. Following the analysis, I collaborate with teams from IT, business management systems (BMS), quality departments to develop solutions that remove of minimise identified frictions.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Although the programme is quite time demanding, I thoroughly enjoy the experience and the opportunity to improve my expertise further.
