Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I currently do alot of adhoc work around data analysis pieces for the wider Group division as well as wider stakeholders. I undertake deep dive projects that aid the team's development. I also complete AB tests and undertake discussions with stakeholders to ensure the outcome aligns with our overarching goals
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I throughly enjoy the role I am in as it is different every day. It allows me the chance to keep learning everyday. I like liaising with other stakeholders outside of my team as well, which I get the chance to do often as I do a few presentations per week
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

As I am new to data analytics I have learnt alot of new data orientated skills such as using software like adobe analytics, tableau. As well I have had the chance to develop on my exisitng skills by using Microsoft, liaising with wider stakeholders in meetings and as a result, deepening my initial stills
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organised, but I think having a cross over week between rotations would be very beneficial. Allowing each grad to shadow for up to a week would allow them to understand the initial basics before allowing to further develop their skillset on their own, once they rotate.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

We receive alot of support. From having a protected day off a week to study, to having frequent 1-2-1s with our line managers, the support is endless. As well, they factor in any necessities you may need. I have dyslexia which I've made aware to my employers and has allowed me to be supported where necessary.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support is available where and when you need it. We all have academic mentors which allows us to communicate with someone about any academic or personal issues. I feel supported generally from the training provider.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It allows me to make more data driven decisions by putting my learning into practice. as well, the course goes into a lot of depth in a lot of different areas (especially within data visualisation as well as leadership in business) which allows for a wider understanding in a business context
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are so many opportunities to get involved with different activities. They allow an organised charity day that supports the local community. There are lots of social and sports available to join. It's really well diversified
