Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Selling holidays to customers, taking payments and handling money all while doing on and off the job learning to progress within my role. A monthly call with my Apprentice Coach and gaining knowledge on all aspects of the company, completing worksheets and tests to be marked for the overall apprenticeship result.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy coming to work, meeting the customers and working alongside my management team and colleagues and feel fully supported in my role. I enjoy the learning aspect of my job as im interested in progressing within the travel industry which this job gives you many experiences to do so.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes. I have gained so much knowledge on countries around the world, TUI as a company and so many different airlines and how they work as well as how the worldwide travel industry works. I have developed my customer service skills and have gained much more confidence when dealing with customers.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The systems in place allow me to work through my programme easily and to understand what is required from me to complete my apprenticeship.

My management team in the store always allow me to work through my apprenticeship and never to shy away from asking for help.
