- My apprenticeship consists of 4 different rotations within the 4 years within different areas of the business such as Product, HR and Marketing.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I have really enjoyed my experience so far. I feel very valued and everyone is eager to help out when stuck or confused. This programme has really aided my professional growth and development and provides a means for me to develop crucial skills in many different key business sectors.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well structured, we have block university weeks every 12 weeks and change rotation every year.

A lot of support, they are always there to answer your questions and make sure you are feeling comfortable and happy within your programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Fairly good amount of support and guidance, always reminded to reach out if help is needed.

They really value you as a colleague and make sure your ideas are heard. Working in travel is a very interesting and unique industry and so there is never a dull day! TUI has a super positive working environment and everyone is always friendly and happy to help.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TUI UK & Ireland?
Let your true authentic self shine through! Do a lot of research into the company and their values and really show that you are passionate about the role that you are applying for.
