My roll involves supervision of a team of diverse individuals, as well as the business and our guests.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the majority of the program, it was fun to learn new things involved within the hospitality industry, whenever I struggled, I had support.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Most of what I have learned, was common knowledge to me, having been in the industry 10 years, but I have learned about current legislation within the industry and multiple service styles.

Very organised, every unit was given a time schedule, but with no pressure should you fall behind.

Support from my team coach was greatly appreciated, he helped me through any difficult areas I struggled with.
