Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
- User Research: Conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights into user behaviour and pain points.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Designing low- and high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to explore and refine solutions.
- Collaboration: Working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design decisions are well-informed and aligned.
- Usability Testing: Continuously testing and iterating on designs based on user feedback to improve functionality and accessibility.
- UI Design: Creating visually engaging and consistent interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
Ultimately, my role is about ensuring that digital products are not only functional but also enjoyable and accessible for users.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
Collaborating with peers, stakeholders, and developers has helped me grow both technically and professionally. The continuous learning aspect, especially in areas like accessibility, psychology, and emerging design trends, makes the programme both challenging and rewarding.

- Enhanced my research skills by incorporating more advanced usability testing methods and data analysis techniques.
- Developed stronger prototyping abilities using tools like Figma and Adobe XD to create more interactive and high-fidelity designs.
