Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Ipswich Borough Council to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I have been employed by Ipswich Borough Council 9 years now. I started as a temp and worked up from a temp to a full time operative, to then a technician, to now an area supervisor. I would recommend working for IBC as its a nice place to work with plenty of good people. If you want to progress like myself, you will get supported.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Ipswich Borough Council?
Always to show enthusiasm and a will to work and learn. And to research the job role fully to show how your skills and experience will best fit the role
