Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

To bill, collect and recover in accordance with Council policy, legislation and
regulations for domestic Council Tax. My role principally is around recovery of Council Tax arrears.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I'm really enjoying the apprenticeship programme so far, its teaching new skills, behaviours and knowledge as well as developing what I already know.

I'm at the beginning of my apprenticeship journey but have already learnt new skills and knowledge around self development and self awareness and how these affect both my own personal development and the team around me

Very welt organised and structured

My employer has been very supportive in allowing me the time and opportunities to progress, my line Manager in particular who carried out the same apprenticeship previously has been a huge support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

has been very supportive, not just in the workshops but in being available where required to answer questions or provide support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Its teaching new skills, behaviours and knowledge that will enable me to perform better in my current role as well as looking into the future and progressing my career
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Lunchtime running clubs, as well as meet up sessions related to topics such as menopause. There are also Manager Away days for professional networking.
