Love it! workshops are informative and engaging, tasks are easily laid out in Bud to follow, the support available is great

Very well organised, schedule of workshops and timelines in place, tasks set up in Bud per month so not overwhelming.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot, we catch up once a month about my L7, have identified where i can detail all the evidence criteria and being provided with opportunities to learn and work on different projects
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Exactly what is needed, support in workshops and follow up if required, access to Coach when ever needed
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Its really helping me with a more strategic, business wide view as apposed to just operational, it is also expanding my knowledge and experience across a broader range of HR rather than just L&D
