As a People and Culture Administrator at Primark, My daily tasks involve managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, processing payroll and attendance, and responding to HR queries. I also coordinate training sessions, organize employee engagement activities, and ensure compliance with policies.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed my Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship at Primark. The program provided practical experience in HR functions, from recruitment to payroll, and helped me develop essential communication and organizational skills.
