Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role involved analysing trade globally which included presenting to my team each week. I took necessary trade actions following review of trade.
I also assisted with end of season analysis and range building for future seasons.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, during my time at Primark I was responsible for running weekly reports and presenting to my team as well as Heads of and our Director. I also took ownership of forecasting sales and stock across our core lines.

During my placement, I had an assigned Buddy who I had weekly catch ups with. The Early Careers team were also very supportive and handled any queries I had. My Line Manager was also very supportive.
