Run WIP & budget review meetings

Co-ordinate sales to project handover meetings
Support department’s audits each financial year
Create templates and training guides
Report milestone progress and financial forecasting

There are some tools & techniques that are already helping me though. One is the monthly time blocking, as it helps me focus on specific tasks rather than trying to do too many things at once.
