Rotational graduate scheme. Work involved supporting general team activities/admin, writing reports, undertaking inspections and communicating with clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Enjoyed working with the various teams in the office and liked having the opportunity to try out different teams/roles.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Developed knowledge and understanding of the real estate market and have gained professional qualification. Also developed self-confidence and communication skills.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Scheme felt very poorly organised centrally due to a high staff turnover in the Early Careers team. Rotations were also poorly managed as I had limited input into where I wanted to rotate and often found out very last minute.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
