I feel the rotations in each department could be a little longer, as when you start to build up competency in a department, you are then being moved to the next one where you have to retrain

The qualification helps me to further my industry knowledge, and also help me identify which areas I enjoy. I can transfer this knowledge to my working role, and build confidence and speed in daily working.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JLL?
Be yourself. JLL is a place where you can feel included, so feel free to express yourself and your approach to working. There are also many project based tasks so make sure to mention how you work within a team and comfortable with flexibility and change regularly.
