Leading a team that support the rental operations and sales team by facilitating vehicle supply for needs of the end customer. On and off hiring functionality. Approving supplier invoices for payment by accounts. Managing supplier relationships with our upfit providers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Really enjoy delving deeper into a variety of areas of leadership and management on a theoretical and practical basis. Never have much problem motivating myself to complete tasks and enjoy partaking in group discussions in taught sessions.

Developed deeper knowledge around leadership and the underpinning theories and how to tie them into my day to day work more effectively.

Whatever support i need from time allowance to further equipment if needed but not much required so far.

Plenty of support available with regular skills coach catch ups though and happy with the way I'm able to work autonomously at current.

I feel this has enhanced my skills especially at looking at working with multiple stakeholders on wider projects and also how to link better to company goals and vision with my team.

There are plenty of opportunities on an inclusions and diversity front with multiple strands depending on your interests. There is also a wide variety of charitable opportunities.
