Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I currently work in Office Agency. Most days i am either at viewings of office space or helping my colleagues with schedules or updating clients on current interest. I regularly interact within my team and work on tasks with someone who can help further my knowledge of this sector within the business. I am also given responsibility to email and communicate with clients on a daily basis and trusted to keep them happy.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

So far I have enjoyed my programme and feel it has been a good balance of learning but also socialising and building relationships within and outside of the company.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I would say my presentation and delivery of information has improved dramatically during my time with this current team. This is because we often have team meetings were everyone discusses what they have planned for the week and provide any updates on potential deals and their progress.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I feel majority of the time the programme is structured well and does provide good all round knowledge of the business. However, I do feel the programme could be more tailored to an apprentices preference of what sector they may want to work in long term by discussing with them what teams they may want to work in for each rotation.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I would say I have felt very supported by all teams I worked in so far. However, I feel we aren't in contact very often with those who organise apprentices and it could be beneficial to have catch-ups more regularly.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider have been very good at staying in contact and helping me with any of my needs or questions.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I would say my training provider has often covered areas that have some relevance to the sector I am working in but also covered areas that haven't had any relevance to my current work.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are extra-curricular activities for all to get involved in. Also the company are very open to starting new activities/teams if anyone wanted to.

Would you recommend JLL to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I would say it is a very welcoming company who tries to help provide its apprentices with a fun but also very informative programme that I believe sets you up well for when you are qualified.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to JLL?
I would say its a great company to work for who reward you for the work you put in so if you do your research and know what you are talking about they will respect and acknowledge your efforts.
