Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I work in Human Resources and my role is to create letters for different changes in an employees work role, log this in various spreadsheets for record keeping and converse with pay roll to make these changes.

I thoroughly enjoy my programme, I am always excited to come into work since I started

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

my programme has become way more structured with the presence of a Learning and Development Manager as well as a Senior Business Partner who has overseen making drastic changes to how my work strengthens my apprenticeship
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I have weekly 1-to-1's with my line manager who always offers support when I need it and checks up on me regularly to see how my work is going as well as how my apprentice work is.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We have monthly lessons and our trainer is always willing to set up one to ones with us and help in any way they can.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel that I am able to draw on things I have learnt through my training provider and find their value in my daily tasks such as going over equality in the work place (through training) and setting up new starters and checking their right to work documents.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

At my work we have a social committee that plans social activities outside of work so people can get to know each other and bond as a work place
