Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As an apprentice you rotate teams. Currently I'm in Office Agency, this involves finding businesses new space to occupy, or helping Landlords fill up their buildings. A large part of my day is spent outside the office as I get to attend launches for new space, conduct viewings and meet clients.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy the program, from the first day in your rotation you are given a lot of responsibility and have your workload to manage. The support is great, and you rarely feel overwhelmed with tasks given.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I believe this role has greatly improved my confidence and people skills as it is very client facing. Wether its a Teams call, or an evening dinner you get a lot of chances to meet and engage with a variety of people.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Sometimes the length of time spent in each team varies, but this is usually out of the teams control. Other than that, the structure is really good and you are always aware of key dates. The company ensures that you receive enough experience so you can sit your APC.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

You get a counsellor whose sat their APC before, you also get mock interviews, and the friendliness of the office means you can ask anyone anything.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, I play football weekly with the team and every year theres a charity tournament. We also have a Padel court booked every friday to use internally and with colleagues. We also host yearly cricket and rugby tournaments along with regular networking events.
