To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
It's the best opportunity during my career to date. I feel supported by my coach and she ensures to cater to my needs as a learning, it's massively contributed towards my development and confidence.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I've only been on my apprenticeship for two months so far and already my colleagues have noticed and improvement in my productuvity/time management and I'm able to contribute more to employee relations and the employee experience.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Initially, I started my course without a coach for a month or so due to a lack of coaches which made it initially challenging but once I had my first check in I felt a lot more reassured. The course is laid out well with personal development being the initial learning before moving on to an introduction of people professionals. It is a well organised development of the course.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
I receive my set time for OTJT and my learning coach is working with my mentor on how they can support me, at the moment it's very much my own independent work and I approach my mentor more for what support I need.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
3/5
Since receiving my coach I feel much more supported but initially I felt like I was in limbo as it is my first time doing an apprenticeship.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Extremely well, so much so that I would like to complete level 5 after my level 3 is complete, it has empowered me so much and that has been reflected in my feedback from my line manager.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
Yes, albeit not frequent this is something we're looking into establishing
