To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Manchester office have been really helpful and welcoming. I work in a great office with great people, however, it is sometimes noticeable that I'm located in a regional office and not London.

There has been a lack of communication from the central early careers/HR team as well as lack of transparency regarding rotations

As an apprentice you are still treated and respected the same way as other employees. I.e. still entitled to all the same benefits/annual leave etc
