Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
3/5
Managing packaging specifications and data for compliance and using it to create reports. I manage a team of 2 people.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
1/5
I do not enjoy the programme very much. There was a disconnect between the assessment at the end and the materials learnt on the course. A lot of the assessment was asking for real life examples but this wasn't really mentioned on the course.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
1/5
I learnt a few things about prioritisation and motivation.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
1/5
The programme touched a lot of subjects, including some that didn't seem relevant. Lifetime tried to organise some of it on an online portal but the implementation was poor.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
My employer was very supportive, they gave me lots of time to prepare and work on the course tasks.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
1/5
The training provider was occasionally supportive, but also occasionally unhelpful. The coach assigned to me kept forgetting what she'd told me, and contradicting herself a lot. The online system was useful for written information but didn't prepare us at all for half of the end assessment.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
1/5
Not very. I picked up a couple of tips and models to use but that is all. A lot of the course is aimed at people who have already been managing large teams, which seems counter-productive for an apprenticeship in management.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
Yes, there are some social activities through work and I would be able to go to professional networking events if I wished.
