The structure of my programme is great, as once a quarter I go into University for a week where I learn my module then come away to complete my essays in my weekly study time. This structure make it easier to manage around my role.

I have received lots of support from my line manager, career sponsor, functional lead and wider team.

The lectures are great at supporting with University work through quick teams calls or email. They are very understanding of the fact we have jobs to do at the same time. I also have an Work based learning tutor that you can discuss more personal things with if needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Learning business management has massively helped my role, as I understand how best to work with teams and motivate others, which is ideal in a collaborative role like mine.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
