Overall, how would you describe your experience at Unilever?
Good . Originally, I didn't enjoy the experience. I would say the people can be quite competitive but overall it has grown on me.
I do think the jobs are challenging and there is an emphasis on meeting high expectations.
I also think that the grad scheme requires too many 'extra curriculars' which detract from your actual ability to do your job.

I think it is a prestigious company to work for but I think people would be happier working in a smaller firm.

I would advise people to think about what the company brings to them when applying rather than worrying about getting chosen. Make sure it is right for them.
