Manage a department of 18 ensuring they meet monthly KPI's and complete all tasks within deadlines, to look into efficiencies within the department and implement processes and report to management on progress and figures
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Really enjoying the Programme and being able to implement some of the things I have learnt into my departments processes to improve efficiencies.

Well organised and my employer allows me to manage my own time to complete any on the job training.

Great support from my employer, help when needed from my line manger on any tasks/questions and allows me to allocate time out of my day to complete any on the job time.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Great support, weekly webinars and monthly catch up's with my tutor, they are also on hand for any queries I have throughout the month.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel this apprenticeship will greatly help with my role and allows me to look into new ways to improve efficiencies within the department and is helping to build my skills for any future roles as well.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We have lots of social events within the wider department and also regular campus networking events that raise awareness on multiple topics.
