I understand what is expected of me and when. I have regular catch ups with my tutor and manager to discuss how I am getting on and what assistance I need going forward.

I am encouraged to block out time in my calendar to ensure that my work is kept up to date and encouraged to reach out to my team when I need assistance with any project work or ideas around them.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I have regular catch ups and can contact my tutor if there is something that I am struggling with for further assistance.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
It has certainly made me think a lot about my actions and the consequences of them and how I can make improvements to my day to day that will then in turn improve our employees experience of working with Enterprise.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
We have an annual charity day that can be used and is often used to work alongside other employees that can sometimes include other areas so it is nice to network this way. There are also monthly HR meetings with other areas so it is interesting to learn about how they work and what they are doing. I also have monthly coffee stops with employees that involves a catch up with somebody from HR or TD that I haven't spoken with before and are in different areas so this is always interesting to learn about other areas and how they work, seeing if I can use any methods they have to make improvement for my team/departments.
