Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role is to provide IT support for the company, i answer calls and respond to tickets logged through our ticketing system, the user base is vast due to the number of colleagues but we are treated with respect throughout. we are responsible for security and have to take this into account at all times
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy my programme, me and my colleagues get on really well and my work is challenging but still engaging at the same time

Yes, i have learnt lots of new skills that are relevant to my role and have also expanded my knowledge on and developed existing skills

My programme is structured very well allowing me to balance my job and off the job training, i am presented plenty of work and am never left wondering what to do with my time

I am provided all of the support i need from my employer and i am certain that if the time came in which i required more it would be provided for me

I feel that my qualification helps me perform better in my role as it allows me to understand and do tasks that i was previously unable to do
