Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, learnt destination knowledge, how to sell insurance and foreign exchange. Learnt how to sell holidays and extras such as excursions and flight seats. Built on my customer experience and using computers

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Well organised until staff is off. Have set learning times, although hard to do when store is busy

Quite helpful although things were missed in my initial training and then expected to know them
