Its a little chaotic if I am honest, the team at Herts Uni are very slow at communication and some of the tutors struggle with teaching adult professionals

The support from my employer is excellent. I have a dedicated mentor, support form my line manager and time to work on the program

The are people orientated, however do tend to work in silos.

Push yourself to the next level, do not undersell yourself, TUI will support development and actively seek to recruit and then retain talent
