Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Supporting with suitability data reporting and analytics, including liaising with suppliers to collect quarterly data using for KPI performance measuring along with providing administration support to the wider team.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My apprenticeship works well for me, as I'm an existing employee upskilling, so gives me space to continue to do the work i have done before.

I started working for Balfour Beatty in 2021, and since then have learnt a lot about myself and have developed skills both technically and personally. Only recently have I started an apprenticeship.

My Employer has been great and have supported me since day one, to be the best person I can, I wouldn't be who I am today if it wasn't for Balfour Beatty.

Why?
Balfour Beatty has been the making of me, and i wouldn't be the person i am today without the support I've been provided till now, as someone on the Autism Spectrum I never thought id have a place in the world but Balfour Beatty has given me one.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Balfour Beatty?
Be yourself, technical skills can be thought but behaviours and values come form the heart.
