help organising events, dealing with references, sending emails, photocopying, dealing with the credit card for the department.

5/5
very much so. I am given a vary of different jobs which means I am getting the maximum amount of my experience here.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
my IT skills have improved drastically, as well as my social skills e.g. talking to a wide variety of ages. My vocabulary as improved as well.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
really well. My line manager catches up with me very 2-3 days to ask about work load. She has lots lined up for me and I never feel like I don't have anything to do. But at the same time I never feel like I am drowning in work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
Lots, As mentioned my line manager talks to me regularly about work load and how I am feeling in general. Other members of staff are very kind and caring as well.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
Again a lot of support. She makes sure I keep up with my college work and is helping me prepare for my end point assesment even though it is at the end of the year she already has me thinking about what I could do for my presentation etc.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
it helps me understand my organisation from a business stand point. So when I am in the workplace i can see clearly how the organisation functions.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Yes at Oxford University they have plenty of activities to join, one of these being a football team and as football being my favourite sport this is the activity that interests me the most.
