Lots - SQL, R programming language, restoring databases in SSMS and HeidiSQL, AWS data backup access, ODBC, maternity services and termnology.

Excellent support. Challenges me to improve my skill and knowledge. Very supportive and encouraging.

Good support. Sometimes a little slow responding to emails as she has other groups to support too. Very positive and encouraging. Lots of very positive feedback.
